I had the loaded baked potato soup, bacon Mac and cheese, and homemade bread. This food... was absolutely delicious! Talk about comfort food! It warmed my soul! The soup is packed full of flavor. I could easily identify each ingredient. Tasting them all together in perfect harmony is amazing! All the work in putting a baked potato together is something of the past because they nailed it! It's rich, creamy, cheesy, warm you up deliciousness! The Mac is equally amazing! You can taste all the many cheeses! It's like they are synchronizing together to perform a dance party in your mouth! Crumbled bacon on top really sets it apart from any other Mac I've had! The noodles are perfectly prepared. Buttery and soft. It's a great compliment to all the powerful cheese flavors. They really rocked it! Now, let me tell you about this bread... I have only had homemade bread a few times as a child. My first bite took me back to cooking in the kitchen with my family when I could barely see over the counter. It was as if I were taking bites of memories that came back to remind me of happy things. The flavor is warm, savory, and just the perfect hint of sweetness. The smells as I ate (4 pieces!!!) Brought back hidden memories that were long forgotten. This bread.. is very special sentimental bread. The four pieces I ate was like flipping through an entire photo album from my childhood. This bread.. Mmm mmm! This bread! I HIGHLY recommend you get in your car and find this beautiful blue/green colored food truck. You'll get more than amazing food. You'll get great service, comfort, memories, parties in your mouth, and hugs on the inside!

Go there and have The Kymmies TBA! It's the best thing ever, ooh and the crunchy cheese twirl inside is the bomb. So I'm changing my review just a little The Kymmie was delicious but the Bacon Cheese Fries were just kind of eh? Maybe if it was a Cheesy Sauce or layers of cheese, instead of just glued to the top fries leaving the fries underneath naked and lonely
